Dannella Lane is the visionary CEO and Founder of Moncure Beauty a luxury salon and haircare brand rooted in healthy hair, elevated experience, and intentional self-care. With a deep passion for restoring confidence through hair health, Dannella has built Moncure Beauty as more than a salon  it’s a sanctuary where women feel seen, valued, and renewed.

Raised as a true “shop baby” in her mother’s salon in Terry, Mississippi, beauty and entrepreneurship were woven into her story from the very beginning. She pairs that legacy with a Business degree, a Master’s in Theology, and a Master Cosmetology license  blending faith, strategy, and technical excellence in everything she builds.

As the mother of four daughters with beautifully different hair textures, Dannella committed herself to deeply studying the complexity of hair in order to care for it in the most simple, healthy, and sustainable way.

 

Known for her integrity, refined eye, and commitment to excellence, she combines education, innovation, and care to create transformative results for every client she serves. Through Moncure Beauty, Dannella’s mission is simple: cultivate beauty from the inside out and help every woman sit confidently in her crown.

For some, a salon is a place of noise and hustle. For me, it has always been home. My earliest memories are woven into the hum of blow dryers and the transformative magic that happens in a stylist’s chair. Growing up in a salon, I didn't just see hair being styled; I saw spirits being lifted. I watched women walk in carrying the weight of the world and walk out standing taller, smiling wider, and moving with a renewed sense of self.
